The world’s most cheerful cross-country run. Do you attend a school for students with learning disabilities, or work at a daily activity center for people with intellectual disabilities? Then this is the run for you and your friends. For the eighth consecutive year, LidingöRuset is being arranged in cooperation with the City of Lidingö, the Swedish Sports Organization for the Disabled and the Stockholm Sports Organization for the Disabled, and in just a few years it has become a classic. And when you cross the finish line, a medal, fruit and a drink will be waiting for you.

The world’s biggest cross-country race. Talk about classics! The 30k Lidingöloppet run is something out of the ordinary and attracts thousands of runners and athletes from all over the world. Registration is limited to 20,000 runners, but the run has become so popular that in 2011 registration closed in early August. Lidingöloppet is also one of the cornerstones of A Swedish Classic.

The world’s biggest little cross-country run. The biggest crosscountry run for boys and girls aged seven to fifteen. And a great challenge for you, your friends and your club or team mates. Just the right distance, with start and finish at Grönsta gärde. Medal, fruit and a drink for everyone.

This year we changed the name of the Lidingö Nordic Pole Walk – because now, we opened the course to everyone who wants to walk without being timed in the beautiful Lidingö countryside, with or without Nordic poles. You can choose 4k or 10k and bring along your friends or colleagues. And your Nordic poles if you want!

The biggest cross-country run for the smallest runners.

Of course everyone should get to run Lidingöloppet. And for the youngest, the Lidingö Knattelopp Kiddie Race is the big chall­ enge. The run is open to children of all ages – mainly age six or younger – who want to run without being timed, with or without an adult. A medal, fruit and a drink will be waiting for you on the other side of the finish line.

The cross-country challenge for companies and groups of friends. End your work week with a Friday afternoon or evening together with your coworkers and friends. Four short legs that are just right for everyone make it easy to challenge others to form teams and enter the fight on the trails around Grönsta gärde. And after the run, the entire team will be treated to food, drinks and entertainment.

A Swedish half classic. The Lidingöloppet 15k is the cross-country race that keeps on growing and this year we will accept registration from a maximum of 7,000 runners. Perfect for those who are not yet ready for 30k, or for those who think that a 15k is just the right distance.

The Lidingöloppet 15k run is part of A Swedish Half Classic. This year includes race divisions for both guys and gals.

A Swedish classic for women. Women have their own race – the classic final ten kilometers of the Lidingöloppet course. Lidingö Tjejlopp is the official race distance for women during Lidingö Race weekend and is also part of the Women’s Classic. The run starts and finishes at Grönsta gärde and is easy for the spectators to watch.

Information about the race and registration Registration Register directly at www.lidingoloppet.se. Choose your race and fill in the form. Several different payment methods are available: Credit card (Visa/Master Card), Internet bank or bank giro. Note! For bank giro transfer payment, you must enter the control number (e.g.: LL 123456) you were assigned during online registration. Registration deadline is August 25.

Lidingöloppet does not mail out payment slips.

Registration deadline August 25 After the deadline, registration will only be accepted, subject to availability, on the race days at packet pickup at Lidingövallen.

Note! Some start groups and divisions may close before the deadline; check our website for the latest information. Your name and race number will be published in the start list at lidingoloppet.se about 14 days after payment of registration fee.

Start groups/seeding For placement in the right start group for the Lidingöloppet 15k, 30k or Women’s Race, fill in your race time from a major race in the past 2 years when registering(from 10k up to marathon). Enter distance, time and the name and year of the race. Note! Seeding can be changed by e-mail (info@lidingoloppet.se) subject to availability until August 25 – no changes will be made during the race weekend.

Startklar – good insurance Startklar refunds your full registration fee if you can’t participate due to illness or injury (certificate from a doctor is required). Personal accident insurance is also included when you participate. If you choose Startklar Plus you also have accident coverage while you train for the race in Sweden. Startklar (SEK 125/year) and Startklar Plus (SEK 240/year) cover an unlimited number of sports and racing events in Sweden for one year, with no deductible.

Club Discount Businesses and organizations that wish to register more than one person can order a club/business form. All registrations are included in one list, submitted by the June 15 deadline, with payment in one lump sum. Contact the Lidingöloppet administrative office for more information. Clubs affiliated with an Athletics Association, an Orienteering Federation or a Ski Association receive a discount on the registration fee.

Registration When you register, you agree to have your name included in the start lists and results lists, including at lidingoloppet.se. In some cases, Lidingöloppet’s partners have access to the Lidingöloppet address database. Photos taken during our events may be used in advertisements for Lidingöloppet and on lidingoloppet.se.

To streamline administration for A Swedish Classic, the participant databases of the various organizers are matched against each other. Participants in the classic races agree that information may be publish­ ed online. If you do not agree to this procedure as Lidingöloppet participant, please contact the Lidingöloppet administrative office.
