DEPARTMENT OF STRATEGIC & PERSONAL COMMUNICATION (SAPC)

On April 23, 2021, the Department of Strategic & Personal Communication (SAPC) hosted former Department of Justice spokeswoman Kerri Kupec. She spoke to students about crisis communication, crafting messages, and social media. In preparation for her visit, Kupec had dinner with Dean Hayes, Dean Hurt, Dr. Mallory, four students from The Champion, and four SAPC students.

The Liberty University community fondly remembers the late Jane Marczewski (Class of ’13), who went by her stage name “Nightbirde." She received a standing ovation and was awarded the Golden Buzzer, which automatically sent her to the live shows, after singing her original song “It’s OK” on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent.”
