design
hi!
My name is Liam.
I’m a graphic designer slash maker with a passion for creative collaboration and meaningful design. I work mainly on ethically and socially responsible projects that focus on justice issues important to me; anything from food-poverty to ocean conservation. Having lived by the sea my entire life, marine life is constantly driving and inspiring my creative making.
I create work for local audiences, I believe that design can be big and small, and it’s really important to me that whatever project I work on, I do it with the audiences to create something really special.
In addition to my design practice, I frequently work with young people to help them develop their creative skills, and show the value of creativity both inside and outside the curriculum.

We love, we learn. The journey > the final outcome. Learn from your mistakes, your failures, your wins and your losses.
Colour is cool. Colour makes the world go around. Don’t shy away from it.
Keep designers human. You are a person first, designer second. No AI can replicate that.
Be involved.
Design is power, you can change the world by just giving a shit about other people.
Don’t compete with your neighbour’s son. Anyone can call themselves a designer; you have to value yourself and your work before anyone else.
