Micky Ahuja’s entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 18 in the hospitality sector, where he worked while completing his studies in Business and Finance at Deakin University in Melbourne. Coming from a modest household, he began his first venture with approximately AUD $600, learning the fundamentals of operations, customer service, and financial discipline firsthand.

At 22, building on these early experiences, Micky Ahuja founded MA Services, transitioning from hospitality into workforce-intensive professional services. What began as a small operation grew through discipline, long hours, and a focus on systems, governance, and reliability— laying the foundation for a leadership journey shaped by humility, resilience, and practical entrepreneurship.
