TMG Noor City Masterplan Design, 2024 (Built) New Cairo, Egypt

The Wharf is a 3+ million sq ft (approxi-mately 280,000+ m²) mixed-use water-front redevelopment along Washington, DC’s Southwest Waterfront. Nestled in the historic St. Elizabeth’s Hospital campus, this flagship homeless shelter project is the first in Washington DC designed to accommodate a variety of discrete support programs: a daytime service center, dormitories (365 beds total) dedicated to overnight “low-barrier” stays, working individuals, seniors & the medically frail, those needing respite care, and a health clinic.

A 5,000-feddan new community in Egypt’s New Capital, comprises 12 distinct neighborhoods woven together with a network of pedestrian and cycle paths, dynamic landscapes and enriching amenities that provide health and well-being. This “green loop network” connects each neighborhood to the “heart of the city,” a large, that provides pedestrian access to a destination commercial district that includes hotel, a hospital, an innovation hub, a university campus, and schools for all ages.
