01-BSMWC
Interior finish design for the Bellflower Somerset Mutual Water Company including office building level and a warehouse building level. The concept draws on water- misty blue tile, wave textured panels behind the reception, and depp nacy carpet at the warehouse level to mask dirt and provide deep blue richness to the palette. As the main interior designer on the team, I developed the palettes, finish plans and schedules, and presented the material board to the client.

02-FARMERS AND MERCHANTS BANK facade and interior improvement of a bank branch in Yorba Linda. My work included the finish plan, the floor transition details, and finish selections, showing how carpet tile, wood screens, cladding, and motorized shades meet across the customer area, offices, and back-of-house.

03-VCHS LOCKER ROOM Interior elevations and material selections for the girl’s locker room and restroom at VCHS in Cerritos, CA: large-format wall tile with white and berry accent tile, mosaic tile at the lavatories and satin anodized metal trim with tile sizes and layout dimensioned on the elevations.

04-DOROTHY CHANDLER PAVILION Renovation of the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles. Semicircular volumes are subtracted from the facade to frame city views, carving deep voids that share the light as it filteres into the interior from the ground-level lobby to the top-floor auditorium lounge. A double-layered transparent cladding lines the voids, and a sculptural mesh along the plaza forms an occupiable threshold.

Proposal of West Coast headquarters for LULAC, offering ESL classes, citizenship support, and workforce training for the local Latino community. The interiors are organized as an inclusize, welcoming alternative to government institutions, with classrooms, a library and resource area, and an auditorium arranged around a public plaza.

06-ARCHITECTURE IN FILM A concept study from a visual arts course including three film environments (the Tony Stark mansion in Iron Man 3, the Titanic, and the Tron Safehouse) analyzed through digital collage recombined into one bedroom scheme. The vertical fountain wall and lighting come from Iron Man 3, the portholes and flooring from the Titanic, and the tufted navy bed, black rock wall, and chandelier from Tron.
