Not everyone identifies binariously as “man” or “woman”, and not everyone thinks about their gender as public: to respect them as you much as you want to be feel respected, use neutral pronous! There are different non-binary folks and you’ll need time to know all genderqueer types -or maybe you will never know them all- and not everytime it’s easy to understand their gender, so when you are not sure of the someone’s gender, just ask!
