Welcome to the Norwood School Auction! Thank you for supporting our students and programs. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following guidelines:
Online Auction
What’s available online: Silent Auction, Norwood's Own, and Sign Up Parties are available at https://norwood2025.ggo.bid
Create your account early: Visit the site to set up your account ahead of time, so you’re ready to start bidding as soon as it opens This also ensures we can text you when bidding begins!
The Auction Catalog includes many incredible items, but items received after the catalog print date are not included. A complete list of offerings is available online
Pick-up details: All winners should pick up their items from the Norwood Development office on February 10, 2025, after 12:00 PM
Live Auction
Bidding opens Thursday, February 6, at 10 AM, and will continue until Saturday, February 8, at 9:45 PM
The Live Auction online preview begins on February 6 at 10 AM, showcasing all items available for bidding on February 8. To submit an absentee bid, email Kate Barnes at kbarnes@norwoodschool.org by Friday, February 7, at 5 PM.
Unclaimed items: Any unclaimed items will be managed by the Development Office and must be picked up by Friday, March 14, 2025
An acknowledged bid is a binding offer. The highest bidder, as determined by the auctioneer, will purchase the item. In case of a bid dispute, the auctioneer’s decision is final.

Sign Up Parties are fantastic opportunities to build community, and we hope you’ll join in the fun! Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices listed are per person or per spot unless otherwise noted. A complete list of Sign Up Parties can be found online at https://norwood2025.ggo.bid.
Candy Bar Raffle Baskets
There are 600 candy bars available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis in advance of the auction. Purchasers decide how to allocate their chances, focusing on one basket or spreading them across multiple it’s your choice! Candy bars will be available for pickup at the auction after 9:15 PM. Purchasers are responsible for selecting their bars at the end of the evening. Any unclaimed bars must be picked up by Friday, March 14, 2025.

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted. Items are sold “as is.” Please review specifications and restrictions carefully. The Fair Market Value (FMV) of each auction item is based on its estimated retail value or appraised worth. Winning bids exceeding the FMV may qualify for tax-deductible benefits; consult your tax advisor. The Devleopment Office will provide a tax receipt for any deductible amount, calculated as the difference between the winning bid and the FMV.
