Janet always talks to the participants never at them. She is informative and professional but never too serious. With her innate fashion sense, Janet picks the perfect wig for her model. The participant looks at herself in the mirror, glowing and feeling beautiful, the other ladies mesmerized. Once again, Janet performs her magic. A priceless moment! She makes the ladies laugh, perhaps the most laughter they have had in a while and for a short time, they can forget their current circumstances.
