Ana Khouri has created some of the most sought-after high end jewelry designs of today, while mastering the delicate art of combining cuttingedge innovation and exceptional craftsmanship using ethically and responsibly sourced materials. Ms. Khouri has shown her work in solo exhibitions at Phillips Auction House New York in 2018 with “Ana Khouri: Jewels Now Exhibition” and in London in 2019 with “Ana Khouri: Jewels as Art Exhibition.” She also worked with Sotheby’s Auction House on a solo exhibition in New York in 2021, and other Sotheby’s locations, as well as several museums worldwide. Khouri has exhibited her work at TEFAF Art Fair New York in 2022, showcasing her High Jewelry work alongside her sculptures, which have always served as a study for the jewelry. Her most recent solo exhibition was held at Christie's Auction House during Haute Joaillerie in Paris in 2023 "Ana Khouri; Haute Joaillerie."

1. ALL BIDS AND SALES ARE FINAL AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STIPULATED BY THE DONOR. No refunds or exchanges on auction items are permitted. All items have been donated to the Lycée Français de New York and are sold by the school and not the donor.

2. All auction items and service dates and times are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of donor and buyer if stipulated. Restaurant donations do not include tax, gratuity, or liquor, unless specifically stated.

3. The Lycée Français de New York warrants neither the quality nor the value of items and services auctioned. Descriptions of items have been made with every reasonable effort to be accurate, but all items are sold “as is” and “where is” and without warranty or representation of any kind to the correctness of the description, genuineness, authenticity, condition or quality of fitness for any purpose. Dollar values are estimates provided by the donor and are not warranted by the Lycée Français de New York for tax purposes or fair market value.

4. By participating in this auction, each bidder recognizes that the Lycée Français de New York, the donor of the property or services, or anyone assisting in the auction, shall not be liable for any occurrence resulting from the use of auctioned items and services sold.

5. The amount paid by a successful bidder that may be deductible for tax purposes is limited to the excess of that amount over the fair market value of the package. The Lycée Français de New York is not permitted, by law, to place a value on auction items.

6. The purchaser will be liable for damage to vacation homes and/or property.

7. Payment for auction items must be made in full by cash, check, electronic fund transfer or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express). Credit card purchases will be charged when the auction ends.

8. No lot will be sold for less than the minimum bid the night of the Gala. Minimum bids are stipulated in the online auction catalog.

9. Minimum bid increments should be made in accordance with the automated auction software system used for the silent auction.

10. The highest bidder for any item becomes the purchaser, at the full amount of the successful bid.

11. No bids will be accepted after the close of the auction.

12. Winning bidders will be notified by email and/or text message after the auction ends.

13. The auction winner must provide payment prior to receiving items.

14. The Lycée reserves the right to utilize a third party to ship or deliver items to winners as needed. Shipping/handling of winner’s items/packages outside of New York City is not included in the bid price. The Lycée Français de New York reserves the right to attach fees for the shipment/delivery of items outside of New York City.

15. The Lycée Français de New York reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the actual sale of the auction item(s).

16. Limitations and expiration dates on certificates, vouchers, and other offers of goods and services are stipulated by the donor. Unless otherwise stated, all auction items and services must be used before the expiration date specified. In case of discrepancy, neither the Lycée Français de New York, nor the donor, is obligated to make amendments or changes to the dates stipulated on the prize.

17. LIVE AUCTION ONLY: The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. The auctioneer shall have sole and final authority to re-offer and resell an article in the event of a dispute.
