The class is in room 006 at the Lexington Community Center
First, we will do stretches. Then we will start practicing!
We will practice blocks, kicks and punches!
I will count to 10 for the group!
If I need a break from class, I can take a seat and watch.
I will have a safe body, listen to directions and do a great job!
