Blue Sky Small Area Plan
Project Update
The Division of Planning is developing a Small Area Plan (SAP) for the Blue Sky industrial area, located off Athens Boonesboro Road.
Tunnell-Spangler, Walsh & Associates, Inc. (TSW) was selected for the contract.
Two additional tasks from TSW, including:
• Athens-Boonesboro Road interchange evaluation
• Industrial zoning code rewrite based on land evaluations
Total cost of the contract is $486,000.
