Hours and Schedule:

September – June (37 weeks) ● 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Pre-K/4-day programs (includes lunch) ● 9 a.m.-12 p.m. 2-day/3-day programs ● Early drop-off (M-F) 8:30-9 a.m. ● Lunch program option (M-F) 12-1 p.m. ● Extended Day 1-3 p.m. (M/T/W)

Class Information and Child/Teacher Ratios:

2-day (T/TH), 3-day (M/W/F), 4-day (M-TH), Pre-K 4/5 days

Facilities: four classrooms; large indoor gross motor room; music, movement and yoga classes; playground.

Program/Philosophy: HNS believes children learn best through PLAY experiences. HNS provides a wide variety of developmentally appropriate practices that enhance the social, emotional, physical and cognitive skills of each child.

Enrollment Process: Visit the school and submit applications. Enrollment for new families begins in October and continues on a rolling basis until full.

Parent Participation

● Parent Committee sponsors social events. ● Parent representatives serve on Board of Directors. ● Parents volunteer in classrooms.

Special Activities: Special events planned throughout the year such as family breakfast, ice cream social, school pictures, several family social events, and parent education evenings
