REGISTRATION, BIDDING & EXPRESS CHECKOUT

1. REGISTER NOW - You can register for the event now by going to our auction site: qtego.net/qlink/lcf

Qtego is a secure website. Your credit card will only be charged if you win an item you bid on. Once registered, you will have access to a personalized bidding page and can start bidding.

2. BID ONLINE - Beginning Monday, March 27, 2023. View auction items and place bids through your personalized mobile site. Your bidding history and watch items will be saved under the “My Activity” tab.

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS - Patrons who choose to pay by CASH OR CHECK will need to make arrangements with the Foundation PRIOR to Saturday, April 1, 2023, otherwise, the credit card you used to register will be charged at the close of the auction. CREDIT CARDS will be processed after the night unless prior arrangements have been made. All major credit cards are accepted.

4. ITEM DELIVERY / PICKUP - Item pickup will immediately follow the live auction. For those not in attendance, pickup is at the Holiday Inn on April 2, 2023, from 9 a.m. to noon. To make other arrangements, please call the Foundation office. The Lexington Community Foundation board members are providing courtesy delivery service in Dawson and Gosper Counties.
