The Lexington Community Foundation exists to encourage and strengthen philanthropy in order to provide a permanent source of funding for opportunities to improve the quality of life, strengthen the sense of community and benefit future generations in Lexington, Nebraska.

Qtego is a secure website. Your credit card will only be charged if you win an item you bid on. Once registered, you will have access to a personalized bidding page and can start bidding.

2. BID ONLINE - Beginning Monday, March 27, 2023. View auction items and place bids through your personalized mobile site. Your bidding history and watch items will be saved under the “My Activity” tab.

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS - Patrons who choose to pay by CASH OR CHECK will need to make arrangements with the Foundation PRIOR to Saturday, April 1, 2023, otherwise, the credit card you used to register will be charged at the close of the auction. CREDIT CARDS will be processed after the night unless prior arrangements have been made. All major credit cards are accepted.

4. ITEM DELIVERY / PICKUP - Item pickup will immediately follow the live auction. For those not in attendance, pickup is at the Holiday Inn on April 2, 2023, from 9 a.m. to noon. To make other arrangements, please call the Foundation office. The Lexington Community Foundation board members are providing courtesy delivery service in Dawson and Gosper Counties. Auction Rules

LIVE AUCTION

• The live auction will begin at 8:00 p.m. and continue until all live auction items have been auctioned.

• The live auction will be conducted in the same manner as it has been done in the past. You will be issued a bidder number corresponding to the number you entered at registration. Your total amounts purchased on the live auction will be added to the totals from silent auction and raffle chance purchases.

• To enter a bid, raise your bid number high enough to attract the auctioneer’s attention.

SILENT AUCTION

• The silent auction tables will close at 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2023.

• All bids will be placed via mobile bidding.

• Bids are placed through QTEGO.

• Guests will automatically receive text confirmations and outbid notices.

GENERAL RULES

1. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.

2. Use only the bid number registered to you.

3. Payments may be made with cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card. Payment is mandatory on the evening of the Key ‘23 unless other previous arrangements have been made.

4. Items must be removed at Key ‘23 unless other arrangements have been made.
