SOCIAL SPACE

Town Hall is a grand, neo-classical venue with vast interiors that will make any event hosted there iconic.
Set to be one of London’s largest event spaces, Town Hall offers everything - from a blank canvas with which to paint your own brand and style to plush, opulent spaces for networking and private dining. Join us as we explore everything this historic venue has to offer, from vintage charm to boundary-pushing modernity

INNER SPACE
Let’s begin with Town Hall’s self-appointed ‘blank canvas ’ - Inner Space
While many venues label their spaces as a blank canvas, this is one that really fits the title. Sheer white walls and marble columns create a stark, striking atmosphere that can seem daunting The effect on an event is clear, however - a pop of colour amongst the monochrome really stands out - and that is exactly what this space is designed to do: elevate your event.
The sheer design effortlessly hides its capabilities too, from customisable architectural lighting systems that can be adapted to your brand identity, to high fidelity audio systems that compliment the natural acoustics of the space. The room has seamless accessibility for suppliers, production equipment, and exhibitors via a dedicated lift service and triple-height entrance.
Inner Space has a total area of around 670 square metres, accommodating 700 guests standing or 300 banquet style. It’s ideal for receptions, exhibitions, or product launches, especially when used in connection with Town Hall’s signature space - Vision Hall. This is the perfect place to hold a statement event, especially for a brand that is flush with colour and striking design

VISION HALL
Vision Hall is Town Hall’s signature space It is set to be one of central London’s largest event spaces, with a capacity of up to 1,100 guests The stunning Grade II listed ceiling really makes an impact upon entering, and will be sure to create a memorable moment for delegates, particularly if you take advantage of its capacity for aerial installations.
The stage itself is spacious with cutting edge audio-visual technology, offering a seamless backdrop for panels, performances, and TED-style talks Having been utilised by the likes of Sony, Prada, and NVIDIA, you know it can be trusted to deliver
While Inner Space would be our go-to for exhibitions, Vision Hall has greater capacity and offers a more traditional feel for such an event. The space has direct car access and lifts for showcases and anyone wanting to go the extra mile for their individual stands, allowing you to present a more versatile offering to exhibitors
The Hall, despite its size, feels inclusive Whatever the event, from an exhibition to a stage performance, guests will feel like part of the action due to the stunning acoustics and sightlines throughout

THE NETWORK
Finally, the Network is a smaller (but still roomy) space designed for up to 240 standing guests or 150 theatre style
This is a beautiful space perfect for TED-style talks, private dining, breakout spaces, creative workshops, and yes - networking
The Network is super versatile, with modular walls and a private terrace; you can easily adapt this space to be what you need it to be
Theatre style events have the option to host the full floor or take over a single wing Single Wing presentations provide a surprisingly intimate setting that really helps drive focus towards the speakers and elevate their talks
Meanwhile, breakouts or private events on the terrace offer a scenic and striking backdrop, with beautiful panoramic views of King’s Cross and St Pancras
Town Hall’s catering is offered by Rhubarb Hospitality, who offer canapes to seated banquets for up to 600 guests Their offering is delicious and visually stunning, with seasonal menus designed to fit whenever and wherever you host your event
Their on-site production is offered by Pixl Evolution, who manage the venue ’ s audio, intelligent lighting, and media servers They are on hand to ensure your creative vision and brand are brought to life, and manage to keep the venue ’ s tech offering discreet.
Overall, this is a spectacular venue in a great central location with huge branding potential, massive capacity, and so many options for your event Choosing Town Hall guarantees a premium event that will impress your delegates, draw a large audience, and give them an experience they won’t forget.
