What to Expect on Installation Day

Installation day has arrived! Here's what you can expect:

Arrival Notification:

Our installation team will send you a text message when they are on the road, so you can prepare for their arrival.

Arrival Window:

You can expect our team to arrive within a one-hour time window provided in advance. We do our best to be punctual, but this window helps account for any unforeseen delays related to traffic or weather

Post Service:

We believe that once we finish installing your new technology, this is the beginning of our relationship with you. It will take some time living with your new technology and you may have questions after our initial service visit. Please text us questions at 1-800-979-2791 within normal business hours (M-F 9am-5pm). For service outside of those hours, you can sign up for our Total Tech Concierge service which provides 24/7/365 support.
