Client Preparation Checklist

Once your installation has been scheduled, make sure you are prepared by going through the following check list items:
WiFi Information
Please write down your WiFi Network Name (SSID) and Password ahead of our arrival and keep it in a safe/secure place. Having this information ready will help us work quickly to connect your smart devices to your network efficiently.
Streaming Service Logins
Please make sure you have usernames and passwords ready for all your streaming and audio accounts you would like us to connect to. This will allow us to set up and test your system with the services you use. Common accounts include:
● Apple/Itunes
● Spotify
● Sonos
● Pandora
● Tidal
Pet Safety
● Netflix
● Amazon Prime
● YouTube
● Hulu
● Disney+
Secure your pets in a safe area away from the installation zones. This will ensure their safety and help our team work efficiently without disruptions.
Clear Access
Clear any obstructions in areas that will need to be accessed, such as rooms with media equipment, network hubs, or areas where security cameras or lighting will be installed. This will allow our team to work without delays.
Decision-Maker Onsite:
Ensure that someone over the age of 18 who is able to make FINAL decisions on the placement of electronics (such as televisions, speakers, and camera systems) is
present. This will help us install your devices exactly how you want them. If something needs to be moved after service, there will be additional time and possible materials.
