1. MAIN PRODUCTS

Minh Long Wood specializes in supplying Melamine-coated panels (MFC, MFM, MFP, MFO), HPL (High-pressure laminate), V Số, Acrylic, SGP, VFB, PETG, Interior film, etc. on wood-based panels such as particle board (PB - Okal, OSB), fiberboard (MDF, HDF), as well as wood-based interior solutions for each specific need.

WOOD-BASED PANEL

Our materials are imported from Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, etc. with all kinds of wood-based panels: particle board, MDF board, HDF board, plywood, OSB board,... and all of the standards: normal, moisture resistance and fire resistance.

Particle board

Particle board or woodchip (also known as Okal board) is a wood-based product made of wood chips, adhesives, and other components (paraffin, hardener,...) that are pressed under high heat and pressure.

Typically, the chipboard has a wood color (yellow, brown). Moisture resistant boards are normally blue, while fire-resistant boards are often red. The average density of particle board is 650-750 kg/m3.

Particle board has good screwing ability thanks to its hardness and good mechanical strength due to the structure of wood chips. Since the surface of the chipboard is relatively flat, decorative surfaces such as Melamine or Laminate can be easily pressed.

HDF board

HDF wood, also known as high-density fiberboard, is a wood-based product whose principal component is wood fiber (or wood pulp) pressed under high temperature and pressure from softwoods and hardwoods.

The average density of HDF boards is 800–1040 kg/m3

HDF board has a high hardness and mechanical strength, as well as excellent impact resistance, load capacity, moisture resistance, and scratch resistance.

HDF offers sound and heat insulation. Since HDF wood has a smooth and consistent surface, it may be easily painted or pressed with decorative surfaces such as veneer, acrylic, melamine, laminate, and so on.

Plywood

Plywood is a material comprised of multiple layers of solid wood that has been thinned to roughly 1 mm. These wood layers are placed perpendicular to the grain direction of each layer, then pressed together using adhesives under high temperatures and pressure.

Plywood has an average density of 600-700 kg/m3

A plywood sheet's layers are usually odd (3, 5, 7, 9,...). Plywood is exceedingly strong and has great mechanical strength due to the arrangement of the interlocking layers of wood.

OSB (Oriented strand board)

OSB board is made in the same way as particle board, with the major components being shavings (big wood chips) and adhesives. It possesses excellent bonding properties as well as extremely high hardness and mechanical strength.

Screwed efficiently and is ideal for high-humidity situations. Because the board is light in weight, it is simple to construct.

OSB1 - Excellent for indoor application

OSB2 - This material is used in load-bearing constructions or dry conditions.

OSB3 - The material that is used in load-bearing structures in humid conditions.

OSB4 - Has a higher bearing capacity than types 1 and 2.

SURFACE

Decorative surface designs are highly adaptable, keeping up with the latest trends and delivering a personalized experience in each interior space. The collections are inspired by and co-produced with the world's leading decorative paper brands from Spain, Germany, Italy, China, and so on, and are then brought back to Vietnam with a harmonious adjustment based on the Vietnamese lifestyle and cultural identity.

Melamine

Wide range of colors, patterns, and textures

Outstanding scratch-resistance. Over 300 colors are available in the Melamine Collection. Color collections are constantly being developed by the world's top designers.

HPL (High Pressure Laminate)

HPL is scratch and water-resistant, as well as heat-resistant. The bendability of a 0.5mm thick post-forming line is excellent.

The Synchronized series includes a film surface that matches the wood grain, enhancing the elegance and enhancing the surface sensation.

Aluminum Laminates are available in a wide range of thicknesses with scratched aluminum surfaces and glossy mirror surfaces for advertising and décor purposes. Cata Laminates offers approximately 300 wood grain patterns, monochrome solid colors, and a variety of artistic decor textures.

Bright surface, high gloss, and trendy and vibrant colors

It offers the scratch-resistant ability. It will not change color when exposed to heat, as it is made of primary plastic.

Realistic surface compared to other materials, as it offers the appearance that resembles natural wood. Since the film's surface aligns with the wood grain, it is difficult to distinguish it from natural wood. Effective abrasion-resistance and chemical -resistance.

The surface is comprised of primary plastic, which is simple to process and does not break. Environmentally friendly and health-safe materials

Strong compression, impact, and scratch resistance

The color consistency is steady and easy to clean.

The surface texture is nice, as it feels true to the touch.

2. ANCILLARY PRODUCTS

PVC Edge Banding

It strengthens the edge, anti-scratch, anti-moisture, and generates solidity for the sheet surface of the panels. More than 400 edge-banding variants are available in the same color as Melamine, Laminates, Acrylic, and other surface designs.

Décor edgings are trendy in patterns, with unique designs that keep up with the latest interior trends.

Jowat Adhesive

Jowat adhesives are manufactured by the Jowat Group of Germany, an adhesive-producing company with a worldwide influence in 80 countries and territories. The adhesive has high stickiness and is long-lasting. Provide a variety of glues, including edging glue, profile wrapping glue, PUR glue, and even PVAc wood glue.

Oil-based adhesive remover

GC6 glue remover is made in Thailand

Cleaning of the hot glue tank system, nozzle, and glue roller
