The original layout of their home consisted of an L-shaped kitchen with a laundry closet and a half bathroom separating the kitchen from the dining room. Mr. & Mrs. Clarke were open to taking advantage of their family room and convert the space into a bigger and more spacious bathroom and laundry room. The character of the house will focus on a modern Scandinavian kitchen with a variety of textures and materials that will contrast with the muted green hues throughout the space.
