An Audiovisual Concept Album celebrating the 80s TV-series and Pop Cultural Icon MacGyver.
StarratS of UfotofU uses the hot take tag line «we make concept albums in a time when everybody listens to singles». A more elaborated description of what we do would include the overarching principles the concept albums are made under: Each album is dedicated to a specific pop cultural fandom - and each song on that album is written from the point of view of a character from that fandom.
The musicians are in a close working relationship with lyricist and artist Les Inkwell. So far the Donald Duck and MacGyver fandoms have been honored with an album each; #DuckRock and #MacRock.
The band is at the moment in a heated debate over what fandom to tribute next.
