2. Wi-Fi Le Régent has a very modern, fast wifi and internet connection throughout the whole building. Around the school you can connect to wifi in all classrooms and social spaces. Your learning devices provided by Le Régent are automatically connected to RegentCampsWIFI and all personal devices need to be connected to LEREGENGUEST.

To connect your personal devices to the LEREGENTGUEST wifi, you will require the password below and you will need to complete the registration page which will pop on when you connect.

4.My Account Le Régent uses Google (G Suite) to provide IT tools to the teachers and students. We provide all users with email and unlimited data storage. All users have a Google Account with the following structure firstname.lastname@​regentcamps.ch and can be accessed from any device by visiting ​www.google.com​ and logging in with the password provided or by downloading the required apps from AppStore, Self Service or GooglePlay.

This account allows access to all of our core services highlighted below.

5. Email To connect to your email account launch an internet browser (the IT Department recommande to use Google Chrome) and go to www.google.com

Click Sign-in and insert your email address and password provided by the IT Department.

6. Files and Folders All Files need to be saved on Google Drive in the folder my drive (personal folder) or shared drives (collaborative folder). The local hard drive on the device you are using is not backed up at all.

To access your Google Drive visit w ​ ww.google.com​ and login. Once logged in, you can click on the square in the top right corner ,left of your name and select the drive icon. On a Macbook you can also use the software on your computer called “Google Drive Files Stream” that creates a drive in Finder.

7. Printing 1) Use your badge to login to any of the printers. The badge should be swiped on the printer surface on the left hand side of the printer.

2) Insert your username (firstname.lastname) and your Google password. When you login on the printer, you see this page.

Select Copie to do photocopying

Select Scan for scanning to USB or email

Select ScanToMe to scan directly on your email or in your Google Drive

To Print a document from your computer.

Select the print LRC_PRINTER_BW (for black & white) or LRC_PRINTER_COLOR (for color) on your computer

Go to the printer, use your badge to login and select print

you see the document that you sent from your computer, click on print all or select document in order to print only one document or delete the document.

If this page appears click on the device function to come back to the home page.

If you don’t see your document in print function come to the IT Department with your computer.

If you don’t want to use your key for the printer, you can request a 4 digit pin code from the IT Department.

8.Print from an iPad To print from an ipad , select the document you want to print and click on the share icon.

select Print

in printer : click select printer

choose the printer (BW , Color , Library_JS)

insert your username (firstname.Lastname) and your google password.

finish by clicking print.

go to the printer and use your badge to collect document.
