At ntgrate we create high-quality woven vinyl flooring for the contract and commercial market. With more than 60 years of experience we combine craftsmanship with high-tech innovation. Our solutions are stylish, easy to maintain and sustainably produced in Belgium.

Our mission? Leading the charge toward a carbon-neutral future! We take bold steps like integrating biobased materials, reducing waste, and harnessing renewable energy. Proving that sustainability and design can walk hand in hand.

We do not just design floors. We design experiences. Our collections are available in rolls, tiles or playful shapes from the Versatile range and offer maximum freedom in design and application.

Powered by renewable energy and with a zero-waste philosophy, our facilities are future-proof. Our BREEAM-certified building reflects our ambitions in the field of sustainability.

The exterior of our building is a visual representation of warp and weft, the two components in weaving needed to transform yarn into our woven flooring.

Our weaving unit is where tradition meets high-tech. Our jacquard looms and skilled employees weave our unique woven designs.

At the core of our process lies our custom vinyl yarn extrusion. Bi-colour vinyl is extruded around a high-tech fiberglass core. Creating the foundations for our iconic designs.

Core & Eco Core

Sustainability is in our DNA. Our new Core collection is available in nine timeless colours and three beautiful weave patterns. But the true strength of Core lies in its renewed product composition. We reduce the carbon footprint by lowering the percentage of virgin fossil content. This is achieved by increasing the share of recycled content and introducing mineral and biobased materials.

The Core collection is also available as Eco Core: the same nine colours and three weaving patterns, but with an unparalleled carbon footprint reduction. Only 3% of the Eco Core woven flooring consists of virgin fossil content.

The Core collection reflects our commitment to sustainability with a renewed, biobased composition that reduces reliance on virgin fossil resources.

By choosing the Core collection, you embrace a flooring solution that combines timeless style with a lower ecological footprint. Ten percent of the flooring consists of biobased material, while more than half is mineral content. A conscious choice for projects with high sustainability standards.

The integrated Greenfelt acoustic underlay, made from 93% recycled content, also adds acoustic value. With 19dB impact sound reduction, the Core collection is an excellent choice for libraries, auditoriums, cinemas, theatres, waiting areas, showrooms, fitness and wellness spaces, meeting rooms, bank and insurance offices, notary offices, and funeral homes.

Reducing fossil-based materials is only possible by replacing them with better, more sustainable alternatives. On the left page, you'll find a detailed overview of our new Eco Core.

With the introduction of our new Eco Core, we are taking an unprecedented leap toward 97% decarbonisation of our products. This means a drastic reduction in virgin fossil resources by substituting them with sustainable alternatives.

By using mineral, biobased, and recycled materials in our core layers, along with recycled PET in our integrated Greenfelt acoustic underlay, we significantly lower our ecological footprint.

The Core collection combines timeless design, sustainability, and acoustic comfort. It includes three different weave patterns: soft, shy and subtle.

Soft has a neutral and harmonious weave structure that blends seamlessly into any space.

Shy offers a more pronounced concrete look, adding depth and character.

Subtle features a refined and textured pattern for a sophisticated and contemporary appearance.

Each pattern is an essential part of the Core collection, designed for versatility, durability, and effortless style.
