Exquisite Craftsmanship and Celebrated Design Furniture and objects from Hermès, indisputably one of the world’s preeminent luxury brands and one of the great houses for master craftsmanship across many categories, rarely finds its way to public auction.

Leonard Joel is thrilled to present “An Important Collection of Hermès Interiors” encompassing 62 lots of immaculately crafted furnishings and decoration from the French luxury house.

The pieces hail from Hermès’ first ever interiors range, launched at the Milan furniture fair in 2011.

The pieces are all brand new and retain their original custom Hermès packaging, along with hand made protective crates and authenticity booklets. Some pieces within the collection are one of a kind, madeto-order, while others are no longer available to purchase directly.

Without a doubt, the pièce de résistance of the collection is lot 60,

the Hermès Le Coffre à chaussures cabinet, a breathtaking shoe dresser cased in stunning cobalt blue leather with Tectona Grandis fixtures. Its sublime interior houses shelves in canaletto walnut, with a drop down seat and foot mirror. The attention to detail on every element of this piece is exquisite, right down to the hand-stitched branding.

These valuations are conducted by registered valuers and are offered purely as independent opinions. Variation may be found as to the colour, clarity and size of stones described in these reports, consequently Leonard Joel does not guarantee these Independent Valuations. Where stones can be weighed accurately, weights will be provided. Weights of set stones are estimates only and are provided to the best of our technical ability.

Gram weight on gold and other precious metals are also given as an approximation. Wristwatches and pocket watches are offered in there current condition and Leonard Joel does not guarantee that they are in working order.

Authenticity Certificates As various manufacturers may not issue certificates of authenticity, Leonard Joel has no obligation to furnish a buyer with a certificate of authenticity from the manufacturer, except where specifically noted in the catalogue.
