PROJECT 01 Vanilla Warehouse Location : Ungaran, Central Java

Team Project: Dhanyianto (Principal) Guntoro (Senior) Leny Indah (Junior)

In this case, we design a warehouse from the herbs and spices company. One of the branch located in Ungaran, Jawa Tengah. The warehouse that we would to design was the vanilla warehouse. One of the company product is the extract of Vanilla. So, in this case, we concern about the steps and the special activities of how to extract the vanillas. Our design would be responsive through the activities.

We made some special treatment forIndesso the Ungaran roof. It has some layers to reduce the temperature from the roof.

Air Circulation and Natural Lighting Some of the area has a specific standard for the room because it will influence the process and the quality of the product. One of its specific standard is the temperature and the air quality.

We designed the facade not just to be the face of its building but it also has a function to reduce and filter the dusts to come in.

The natural light comes from everywhere. We design this buiding to maximalize the natural lighting by using lots of wondows to catch the sunlight.

PROJECT 02 A+I HOUSE

Project location: Pandak, Purwokerto

Team Project: Aan Amri Setiawan (Principal) Leny Indah (Project Architect) Sofyan Efendy (Project Supervisor)

This project was the design and we realised it right after the drawing was completed. The project was the renovation for adding some rooms in its backyard. It takes about 33 m2 for two levels. In this project, the client need the service area to complete the room they need in their house.

Tanggal Date

The unique one of this project is adding the concrate spiral stair. We were adding this kind of stair to overcome the narrow space. Beside, because of its state, we also made it as a point of interest because it can be seen since the person come in to this house.

We made the jagged style bellow the stair and concrete railing so the stair seems like not just an additional stair.

We covered it with white paint as same as the main color of its project.

SKYLIGHT We made the skylight at the laundry room to gain the sunlight and the weather so the client can manage the loundry without any worry if it’s on a rainy day.

The skylight is using clear glass and the hollow pipe as its structure.

REUSING

Using square exposed LED lamp to harmonize the main shape of new additional room.

We were re-using the existing windows to another room for pressing the budget as the client asked.

This project was the project I design for the front building of this school area. So the building I design may to represent about this school. The design was using the Local Government Regulation.

The headmaster asked to design it as a lobby, headmaster room, teacher room, and some of classes.

PROJECT 04 J HOUSE

Project location: Berkoh, Purwokerto

Team Project: Dhanyianto (Principal) Guntoro (Senior) Leny Indah (Junior)

This project was the design for the house that the owner asked to design it on his land for about 100 m2 from the total of 827.7 m2. He has a plan to adding the warehouse behind for his own bussiness. In this case, we made a simple house based on his need and cost.

The client asked to make the space 5 m length for the maintanance.

The client had been building the warehouse behind for his own bussiness

The client ask ed to plan the drainage as a water treatment for the warehouse and the house.

The house stated in front of the warehouse with the space 5 m length between of them.
