Hidden at the rear of the grandkemang hotel sits Sperta, an all-day dining venue that serves an appetizing variety of dishes from which to choose. Decorated with lush sofas and an open-plan ambience, Sperta is also home to a Dim Sum Night every friday from 6-10PM. Featuring an assortment of all-you-can-eat steamed and fried dim sum, choices of rice, noodles, vegetables and deserts; the menu is sure to tickle every guest’s taste buds. Dim Sum Friday is also complimented by live music in the accompanying Sparca lounge from 7PM onwards.
