MY PAY refers to the monetary compensation or salary that you will receive during your employment with Marriott International. This is broken down into 3 main segments:
The before tax salary you receive on a monthly basis for the efforts you put in your work
Annual Performance & Salary Review
On a yearly basis, your salary will be reviewed based on performance and minimum salary increment stipulated by government.
Night Shift Allowance
The 70 Baht allowance per night working day
Bonus and Service Charge
Bonus and Service Charge will be paid in accordance with the company’s operating performance.
Cash Tips and Gratuities (Credit Card Tip)
Trilingual Language Allowance
The 2,500 Baht gross per language for skilled in a language other than English
Incentive
The incentive will be paid in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the employment contract.
The full 3,000 baht incentive will be paid once the referred candidate has successfully completed one year of employment.
An allowance at 5% of basic salary of the individual Certified Department Trainer.

A monetary support of THB 4,000 for funeral assistance to immediate family members include 5 days of funeral leave and THB 15,000 to passed away associate
