The December issue of Nursery Today features a host of features, including car seats. This product category continues to evolve, but are we sending out a universal message as an industry, or is there still confusion surrounding i-Size and R44 running concurrently? Our mini consumer survey this month illustrates that out of those surveyed, nearly half are confused by current legislation and don’t have a good understanding of i-Size. What alarmed me more however was that nearly 65% didn’t have their seats professionally fitted and more than 40% didn’t receive a demonstration.
