INTRODUCTION

The ResortSuite Mobile App is a customizable application platform allowing ResortSuite customers to deploy their own branded mobile app to the Apple App and Google

Play Stores. Apps based on this white-label platform share a common set of functionality, and each app can be configured and branded to the property’s requirements.

The app can display informational content about the property and allow guests/members to make various types of reservations in real-time (spa treatments, classes, tee times, programs, ski lift tickets, and dining).

The app’s configuration, content, and branding can be managed by the property itself using a web-based Content Management System. All of the app’s non-real time functionality (copy, photography, maps, etc.) is updateable remotely without the need for the guest to download an “update” from the respective app store.

BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS

The calendar feature provides a monthly and daily view of bookable activities, with the ability to view and book timeslots.

Itineraries make it easy for guests to view and track existing bookings and reservations.

Take deposit payments using Shift4’s i4Go, and soon— payment/guarantees using WorldPay. Booking features can be restricted to fall only within the date ranges of a guest's existing PMS booking, and/or restricted to guests with an active club membership.

The app is multi-property/multi-merchant account compatible.

MARKETING

The app can be skinned and customized to match your branding.

The page builder feature allows you to customize your layouts with components such as: headings, paragraphs of text, photo slideshows, maps with points of interest, and buttons. No coding knowledge required.

Style sheet access is available for further customizations.

ACCOUNT PROFILES

Guests are able to create their own accounts, and make changes to their proďŹ le information.

Club members can view their membership proďŹ les

REMOTE MAINTENANCE

Edit conďŹ gurations and the appearance of the app with our complete and easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS).

Save and revert back to older versions of the app.

Additional languages are available with complete control over translations.

Update the app content using the CMS without having to publish updates via the App Store/Google Play.
