Total One – Performance. Redefined. TK’s Total One series redefines what performance sticks should be. The pinnacle of technology advancement and research. They feature the highest quality materials and are combined with the best production techniques to create sticks that redefine what’s possible and produce the very best performance.
TK HYBRAID CARBON
TK have utilised biaxial braiding technology to enable automated, high quality production of continuous fibre composite components. This mechanical interlocking results in high energy impact absorption properties and a stronger, tougher, more flexible alternative to traditional woven composites. Carbon braid cannot be unidirectional; it will always have an angle and is therefore not as strong or as able to generate the power of a unidirectional layup. By combining a structured unidirectional core and applying a carbon braid sleeve over the top we are able to utilise the benefits of two construction methods to create a stick that can generate more power and is able to withstand greater impact forces when compared to standard construction methods.
