c. 1880 French Post Impressionist Oil Under Research An incredible large oil on its original unlined canvas which dates to around 1880. The work measures 50 x 99 cms unframed and depicts figures harvesting in a field. The work has come from a German private collection of paintings amassed during the inter-war years ago. The painting is currently under research in the Netherlands and we hope to be able to confirm the identify of the painter in 2023.
