Invested £200 in Mexican Light & Power 5% gold bonds at 96 in February 13th. Paid London County Westminster Bank 10th April £10, being £2 on 5 £10 shrs allotted in Cent Argtentine Rly. Pd by L.C. & Westminster Bk July 10th £25 call on 5 allotted shrs £10 shrs in Cent Argentine Rly making £35 pd on £50. Bought August 16th 10 shares at £139¼ per 5 shrs Gt Northern U.S.A. pref Rly. Total with com. £279.5.0. Bought 16th August £300 Rio de Janiero Tramways (Jardins Botanico) 5% Mortgage Bonds at 99½ with com. £199. Nov 16th Pd to Glyn Mills Currie & Co for 12 allotted £1 shares at 10/prem. £18 in Argentine Southern Land Shrs. Bought 10th Dec thro’ Bank £100 ordinary stock Buenos Ayres & Pacific at 100½. Nov 15th took up eleven 4% Extension £10 shrs in B.A. Gt Southern Rly, in 1914 becomes Ordinary stock.
