At the Bayhealth Cancer Institute, we are committed to providing comprehensive support to patients throughout their cancer journey. Our programs, such as Oncology Nurse Navigation, offer personalized guidance to patients and their families. Our passionate nurse navigators help patients understand treatment options, access resources, and navigate the complexities of care, from diagnosis through survivorship. Our Survivorship Program ensures that patients continue to receive emotional and physical support even after active treatment, fostering holistic recovery.
In addition, our Helping Hands Fund provides financial assistance to patients in need, helping cover essential expenses such as transportation, medications, utilities and housing. By easing financial burdens, patients can focus on their health and healing, rather than financial stress. Each patient can receive up to $500 in aid to help with daily living expenses during treatment. A portion of this fund also supports clinical research, driving advancements in cancer care and improving patient outcomes for the future.
With your partnership, we can continue to provide life-changing support for cancer patients and their families. Your generosity ensures that no patient has to choose between financial stability and lifesaving care.
