The Bayhealth Foundation Women’s Leadership Council will host the second annual Poured with Purpose event in support of the Bayhealth Cancer Institute. This reimagined and elevated evening builds on the success of Runway of Hope and reflects our continued commitment to advancing compassionate cancer care in our community. As chair of the Poured with Purpose Committee, I am honored to invite you to join us for an inspiring evening to sip, support and strengthen hope for patients and families facing cancer.
Proceeds from Poured with Purpose sustain impactful programs that support every step of a patient’s journey. This year’s event will benefit the Cancer Survivorship Program, which provides ongoing resources, education and wellness support beyond treatment, as well as the Helping Hands Fund. The Helping Hands Fund offers critical financial assistance to patients in need by covering essential expenses such as transportation, medications, utilities and other daily costs during treatment. By easing financial strain, we allow patients to focus on healing and recovery.
The 2026 Poured with Purpose event will be an elegant tea, jazz–inspired evening featuring:
• A thoughtfully curated gourmet dinner
• Signature teas, curated pours and specialty tastings
• A silent and live auction with exclusive experiences and items for every level of giving
• Meaningful patient stories that highlight the impact of your generosity
• Live jazz entertainment and a few memorable surprises throughout the night
This signature fundraiser will be held at King Cole Farm on Thursday, July 23, 2026. The evening promises to be both memorable and heartfelt, bringing together generous supporters, advocates and friends dedicated to making a difference.
Your support ensures that compassionate, comprehensive cancer care remains accessible to those who need it most. Together, we can continue to strengthen programs that uplift patients and families throughout central and southern Delaware.
