Players – What can you expect at a CORE Rugby Camp? Our most popular rugby camps are our core rugby camps which run over four or five full days, depending on the time of year. Each day, players will focus on developing their technical skills and tactical awareness, as well as the fundamental movement patterns required for rugby. Players will experience a wide range of coaching sessions designed to be active, enjoyable and challenging. From U9s and above, we begin to introduce y oung players to the contact-based games and technical skill breakdowns within managed sessions, that we believe are important for each player to develop their own awareness, understanding and decision making abilities. I know you took time out to speak to him and give him advice, which he really appreciated, has taken on board and is putting into action. He is so committed to his rugby and having the opportunity of everything the week had to offer, together with the benefit of your experience and support has really made a difference to him and has had a massive impact on his game and confidence.” “Billie had a great time and still hasn’t paused for breath describing all the activities, sessions and coaching tips. Her first statement was that she wants to ensure she can attend the next camp, and it’s reaffirmed her desire for rugby.” “Sam had an awesome time and has learnt loads and made new friends.
