Imagine deciding to devote a third of your inheritance to charity. That’s precisely what Princess Al-Anoud, at the age of 27, may Allah have mercy on her, did. That generous act eventually gave birth to the Princess AlAnoud Foundation.

The Princess Al-Anoud Foundation is built on the core value of supporting Saudis in projects, knowledge, or networking. Not to mention their tremendous effort in promoting empowerment and volunteering. With Princess AlAnoud Foundation’s support, the lamp will never stop shining in Saudi. Their outstanding support for projects and organizations gives ambitious Saudi citizens hope that they should never give up on their ideas. It gives hope to the many organizations partnered with Princess Al-Anoud Foundation that the support is always there. This hope will keep Saudi citizens thinking, finding new ideas, and discovering. The dedication of the Princess AlAnoud foundation may hopefully fulfill their first vision: fulfillting the will of Princess Al-Anoud. Their non-profit charitable efforts also support the empowerment of Saudis, as they have helped over 150,000 people, helped 2000 orphans every year, donated over 8 million bottles of water, built over 507 housing units, and, to top it all off, built over 17 mosques. These efforts should be noticed.

For these many years, progress has been immense. And they aren’t slowing down, as every other day, you could see recent news stories about their new agreements and new support for different programs. With this, to strengthen the community service program and to support volunteerism, SAMIS signed a community partnership agreement with the Association for Civil Development in Al Qeem and Princess Al Anoud Foundation on September 8. Then, to welcome the foundation, SAMIS presented a theater play with the theme “Expressing Belongingness to the Homeland” It’s truly inspiring how far they have gotten. The dedication from start to finish was incredible, and the progress happened in just over two decades. This foundation is the future of Saudi and will hopefully continue for years to come.
