Your muscles are not as flexible as they used to be and therefore, you need to stretch more before your training session.

Taekwondo is intense. If you feel you need a break, don’t hesitate to take one. You can reschedule your classes as you start feeling ready for more action.

Lose Weight

Try to lose some weight before you join classes as that would help your knees. Don’t worry though, Taekwondo will make you lose weight all the same!
