SHORTAGES/DAMAGE CLAIMS:
Goods dama ged during shipment must be reported to On the Bright Side within five business days to initiate a claim. Save all packing materials for inspection by the carrier. We will send you a call tag or issue a credit memo. We must receive the damaged goods in original packing with a copy of the invoice in order to replace the shipment. Any shortages must be reported to us within 7 business days of receipt of order.

• We will ship out of stock items as soon as possible unless otherwise noted on invoice. Normal shipping charges will apply to back orders.
