INGREDIENTS:
• 500 mL Whipping Cream
• 250 g chopped Dark Chocolate
• 2 oz. Forty Creek Cream Liqueur
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat the cream until bubbles begin to form. Add chocolate and whisk until chocolate is melted. Stir in the Forty Creek Cream Liqueur.
2. Cool to room temperature then refrigerate.
3. Whip mixture to stiff peaks. Spoon into glasses and garnish.
