CONCEPT + DETAILS Our babe, model and real estate agent Shelby Bay is shooting an 8-10 page editorial in LEFAIR Magazine with iconic photographer Tracy Kahn in Los Angeles at this modern Hollywood home on July 12th.

The theme behind this shoot is a "Business Model" story.

Showcasing Shelby’s life as a full time model and her transition into real-estate an a new agent at the Douglas Elliman Agency. The location of the shoot is the first home Shelby sold as member under the Tracy Tutor team as seen on the hit Bravo TV show Million Dollar Listing.

This would be a paid promotion that includes SEO-friendly out-bound links in blog article, full video, advertorial content production, and content that you can use for your own online marketing purposes as stated in deliverables.
