THE PLAYERS
JONATHAN E. C. WALLACE (Sherlock Holmes/ Arthur Hastings) is happy to be back on stage at Lee St Theatre and is thankful to all the staff, volunteers, and supporters that allow this theater to thrive. Jonathan was recently seen in Rumors, November, and How I Learned to Drive. Past credits also include Wait Until Dark, and The Play That Goes Wrong. Jonathan sends his love and appreciation to his supporting cast at home, which includes his co-star Lane, and ensemble members Leo, Oliver, and Annabelle.
MATTY MONTES (Dr. John Watson/Hercule Poirot) is originally from the D.C. area and now based in North Carolina. He was nominated for Best Actor by the MTA for his performance in Jekyll and Hyde, which also won Best Musical. Recently, he served as music director and conductor for Lizzie. Matty is an experienced guitarist and regular pit musician, performing with Queen City Concerts, Lee Street Theatre, Davidson Community Players, and other theaters across the Charlotte area. He’s excited to be part of Holmes/Poirot and to bring these iconic characters to life.
ABBY LEICHMAN (Lily Berenger / Comtesse Delabegassier) Abby Leichman isn’t a stranger to the Lee Street stage but it has been a while! You have least seen her as Vivienne in Legally Blonde. She’s incredibly excited to be portraying this character who is so much different than anyone she’s played before. Abby is the theatre teacher at North Rowan High School, directing her students has opened up a new love for theatre. She wants to thank everyone who has come to the show! @abbbb__bbbby
ANA “ACE” DUFOUR (Eloise/Martha) is thrilled to be performing in their second production with Lee Street Theatre. Recent credits include Dorothy in Wonderland (March Hare) at Old Courthouse Theater; She Kills Monsters (Orcus/Ronnie) at Lee Street Theatre; Beauty and the Beast (Chip) at North Iredell High School, and Junie B. in Jingle Bells, Batman Smells (May) at the Norvell Theater. Ace is currently a sophomore at North Iredell High School and plans to pursue a career in the theater arts. They would like to thank their family and friends for their support.

RYAN MILES (Arnold Berenger/Advocate/Paul McQueen/Mycroft Holmes) is an actor and an award winning director from Charlotte NC. He started when he was in high school and in local community theaters. As a director he has done a plethora of short films. He directed OUR TOWN, WAIT UNTIL DARK, and MISERY at Lee Street Theater. He is most known for his work on DRACULA (Renfield), MOONLIGHT AND MAGNOLIAS (Victor Flemming), and AND THEN THERE WERE NONE (Detective Willam Blore) as well as worked on films such as HUNGER GAMES, IRON MAN 3, YOU ARE HERE, and on the BANSHEE, and HOMELAND series. He thanks his family for their amazing support and Lee street for this wonderful opportunity.
MARC ANDERSON (Georges Conneau/Jack McQueen) is glad to be returning to Lee Street for the first time in 8 years, to bring the roles of Georges Conneau and Jack McQueen to life! When not on stage, the father of two can be found at the local comic shop playing Magic the Gathering or Dungeons & Dragons.
LAUREN NEWELL (Fraulein Bundt / Mrs. McQueen) iLauren Newell is excited to be back onstage at Lee Street Theatre in The Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen’s Guild Dramatic Society’s Christmas Carol. She teaches theatre at Corvian Community High School, where she has directed shows such as Matilda Jr., Clue, The Wizard of Oz and Sense and Sensibility. Lauren also works as a travel agent and loves exploring new places whenever she gets the chance. Whether in the classroom, on stage, or abroad, she’s passionate about storytelling and is grateful to be part of this fun and unique production.

CARPENTER (Madamemoiselle Raspail/Bella Duveen) is a high school theatre teacher at A.L. Brown High School, where she spends her days providing educational theatre opportunities- her greatest passion. She also serves on the Board of Directors at Lee Street Theatre. Some of her favorite past roles include Enid in Legally Blonde and Lady Beaconsfield in Jekyll & Hyde, both at Lee Street. Tori would like to thank her husband, JC Carpenter, for his unwavering love and support.

BEHIND THE SCENES
ERIC SEALE (Director) is the Artistic Director at HCT in Hickory where some of his recent directing credits include THE SQUIRRELS, THE GUY WHO DIDN’T LIKE MUSICALS, and AIRNESS. As an actor he recently played Paul in MISERY at Lee Street and Richard Burnage in THE BOOK OF WILL for HCT. “It’s better to start from a cliché than to arrive at one.” -Hitchcock
KENZIE CLONINGER (Stage Manager) Kenzie is thrilled to be back in the booth for another show at Lee Street. You may have seen them in as Bernadette in Lee Street’s “POTUS”, or you may not have seen them in Lee Street’s “Disenchanted”, “Picasso at the Lapin Agile”, “Witness For The Prosecution”, “Rumors”, “Lizzie”, and many more productions. They would like to thank the entire creative team for their hard work and dedication to the production, the cast for being a joy to work with, and to Eric for trusting them despite having absolutely zero reason to. They sincerely and deeply hope you enjoy “Holmes/Poirot”!
ROD ODEN (Executive Artistic Director/Scenic & Lighting Designer) Whether for the audiences on a professional stage or instructing at educational institutions and professional workshops, Rod Oden is proud to have over 25 years experience directing and designing in a variety of venues, genres and audiences. Rod has directed on stages from Los Angeles to New Orleans, and in virtually every type ofvenue. He enjoys working alongside community members, volunteers and students to help grow and create professional experiences in the theatre. Recent credits include In the Heights, Lombardi, Jekyll and Hyde the Musical, Legally Blonde the Musical, Tick, Tick, Boom!, Wit, The Play That Goes Wrong (NC Premiere), CLUE, Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap, and How I learned to Drive. He has worked with countless community theaters, educational organizations and professional troupes to produce quality, high-end productions audiences have enjoyed watching. Rod is blessed and thankful for his beautiful wife Raquel and his four precious boys Tristan, Lucas, Jamie and Sylar. He also enjoys spending time with his two lovely daughters Ariel and Isabelle.
