Milde, who represented the Aquia District on the board, made the announcement March 29. It’s not PAUL MILDE the first time he’s vied for the position and gone up against Bob Thomas, the current 28th District delegate. year.” Last month, Foley proposed a budget of $301.1 million, or a 13.4 million (4.6 percent) increase from the current budget. The proposed budget includes more money for the schools, including continued local funding for public day schools, support for Gwyneth’s Law and shared services for an annual financial BUDGET
