Barbara Comstock (R-10th) will not be easy, but is confident about her prospects Nov. 8. “I feel pretty good about where we are,” said Bennett during an interview at her McLean campaign office. “There’s hope for some real change in our Congress. People are frustrated with our politics and our Congress can’t get anything done.” Bennett, who noted her campaign raised $1.2 million in slightly more than six months, said Comstock is “out of touch” with the 10th District’s values. “Her voting record is anti-woman, anti-environment, anti-immigration and anti-gun-safety,” she said. “I find her position on equal pay for women hard to comprehend. It’s not just a fairness issue. It’s an economic issue.” The GOP has held the 10th District for nearly 36 years. U.S. Rep. Frank Wolf (R10th) beat incumbent Joseph Fisher (D) in 1980 and held the seat until retiring in
