Violators may be cited and could receive a U.S. Magistrate ticket. Additionally, Department of Defense policy prohibits using cell phones while driving, unless used with a handsfree device. Violators may receive a Department of Defense Form 1408, Armed Forces Traffic Ticket, which will be forwarded to your organization.
