SCC-WMD, the U.S. Strategic Command Center for Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction, synchronizes Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction efforts across our military’s geographic commands and leverages the people, programs and interagency relationships of DTRA at a strategic level. We work with the military services, other elements of the United States government, and countries across the planet on counter proliferation, nonproliferation and WMD

reduction issues with one goal in mind: Making the World Safer. NATIONAL GROUND INTELLIGENCE CENTER

The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) provides All Source and Geospatial Intelligence on foreign ground force capabilities and related military technologies while integrating with Mission Partners to ensure the U.S. Army, DoD, Joint, and National level decision makers maintain decision advantage to protect U.S. interests at home and abroad. PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE – ENTERPRISE INFORMATION SYSTEMS

DEFENSE ACQUISITION UNIVERSITY

Defense Acquisition University (DAU) is the primary training organization for the Defense Acquisition Workforce. Through DAU, acquisition professionals gain fundamental acquisition knowledge and skills, find acquisition resources to help them on the job, and receive assistance tailored to organizations’ specific needs. DAU products and services enhance workplace performance, promote mission effectiveness, and help reshape the workforce to meet future challenges— ultimately developing fully qualified acquisition professionals who provide costeffective systems, equipment, and services to meet warfighter requirements. 29TH INFANTRY DIVISION

Federal: To operate as the Army’s primary 6

tactical and operational level war fighting headquarters. Oversee the conduct of decisive, shaping, and sustaining operations for brigade combat teams (BCT). State: When directed by State authority, provide units manned, organized, equipped, and trained to protect life and property, preserve peace, order, and public safety and provide military support to civil authority.

MILITARY INTELLIGENCE READINESS COMMAND

MIRC units are already a regionally aligned operational Reserve, but MIRC Soldiers and units are not tapped to their full potential. We will become more ready and can deliver even more quality work to the Army and to the Intelligence Community (operational) if properly managed, missioned and connected.

While we will work with our AC partners (some FORSCOM, but most not) to enable easier calls to short-term active duty, we would be ignoring the guiding principles of No MI Soldier at Rest and Intelligence Readiness Operational Capability if that’s all we did. To do our part to maximize the Army’s operational level intelligence forces in support of Combatant Commands and Army Service Component Commands, it is the TPU Soldier on IDT or AT status at home station, and the systems through which they connect, that we need to concentrate on. We are not likely to get more training days – not only because the Army may not be able to afford them, but because Soldiers don’t have them to spend. We are more limited by time than money, and have families and civilian jobs that we must gain and retain to support the Soldier’s military career. Leaders must organize, plan,

this privilege to support our Army and our ongoing dedication to the protection and strength of the American Soldier.

PEO SOLDIER

We acquire the best capabilities for our Nation’s Army so that the U.S. Army continues to be dominant and decisive during the full spectrum of military operations. We provide our Soldiers with the finest equipment and protection available as quickly as possible. We invest in our Soldiers to give them the decisive edge while also being good stewards of taxpayer funding. Our commitment to the Soldier remains steadfast. The Soldier is the bedrock of our Army’s ability to fight and win. We value

and project training that pays readiness dividends without fail and with maximum lead time.

The Army Reserve Mission: The Army Reserve provides trained, equipped and ready Soldiers, Leaders, and Units to meet America’s requirements at home and abroad. MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

REGIONAL HEALTH COMMAND – ATLANTIC (PROVISIONAL)

Regional Health Command - Atlantic (Provisional), is the nation’s premier military system for health. What is a system 8

for health? At RHC-A (P), we are focused on our patients’ health and wellness, which means we are as dedicated to preventing illness and injury as we are to healing. A system for health enables ready and resilient Soldiers, families and communities. We maintain the readiness of America’s fighting men and women through care that maintains, restores and improves their ability to deploy on a moment’s notice anywhere in the world. And when our Soldiers deploy, we ensure that a ready medical force is ready to deploy with them, professionally trained and ready to provide world class casualty care. The Regional Health Command - Atlantic (Provisional), is working to build a healthier Army and healthier nation.
