Need some help?
If you require any help with registration, please contact programme administration at your institution for further guidance. If you need help using e:Vision or any of its features, please use the help pages on e:Vision or contact anil@resultsco.org.uk
Provisional registration status When you have completed programme registration, your personal details confirmation on e:Vision will state that you have a provisional registration status. This is a temporary status that allows you to undertake study and use the computing and library facilities. It will not allow you to access any funding that may be due to you (e.g. student loan or bursary) until your attendance and engagement with your programme meet expected levels during the first three weeks of term. Once you have met the above conditions, you will be given a full registration status at the end of the fourth week of teaching. This means that you have full access to facilities and will be eligible to receive your student loan/bursary. All students must be fully registered by the end of the fourth week of teaching. Those who remain provisionally registered after this may be required to withdraw permanently from their programme and the University. You must be fully registered to be confirmed to Student Finance, once you are fully registered it could take 3-5 working days for you to receive funding.
Choosing the right image for your student ID: As part of the online programme registration process, you will be required to upload an image of yourself. You will not be able to complete registration without uploading your photograph, so please ensure you have one available before you start your online registration. The photograph will be used to produce your student ID card in advance of your arrival. The photograph should follow the standard passport photograph guidelines. Please view the Government website for further information: gov.uk/photos-for-passports Clear image of face Light background
Attendance and engagement Attendance and engagement with your programme are key requirements for achieving success on your programme and for maintaining your status as a student. There is an expectation that you fully engage with your programme and to do so you should be attending at least 90% of your timetabled sessions, engaging with the digital learning environment (Moodle) and completing assessments. Please be aware that you must maintain your attendance for each module in each semester. Failing to do so might impact your studies and/or funding. Your attendance and engagement will be monitored during the first three weeks of term. After three weeks if Results Consortium and Leeds Trinity University are assured that you are attending and engaging with your programme, you will be recommended to be updated to full registration status. We will then send confirmation of your registration to Student Finance England at the end of the fourth week of teaching. This will release any student finance (maintenance loan) you have applied for; you should expect to receive this within 3-5 working days of being confirmed to SLC. We recommend that you take this into consideration when planning your finances for the first five weeks of your programme. Your attendance and engagement will be continuously monitored throughout your studies. Should you need to discuss this further, contact Anil Kantheti at Results Consortium at anil@resultsco.org.uk.
