Keynote Sponsor - $6000: Sponsor our featured speaker and have the opportunity to speak for 5 minutes before the keynote address. This sponsorship also comes with the opportunity to contribute an item to the swag bag received by all attendees. Your logo will be included on marketing materials.
Table Host - $1000 per table (5 available): Your signage at a table along with the ten seats at that table. You also receive the opportunity to contribute an item to the attendee swag bags. Your company will be mentioned by name from the podium.
Table Sponsor - $500 (15 available): Your signage at a table and the opportunity to contribute to the attendee swag bag. Your logo will be included in event signage recognizing sponsors.

Dr. Erica Schwartz
Erica Schwartz has more than 20 years of experience managing large and diverse health care systems. She joined UnitedHealthcare in October 2021 and serves as President of Insurance Solutions. Previously, she served as Deputy Surgeon General of the United States, providing medical leadership to more than 6,000 public health professionals and was responsible for the largest deployment of public health officers in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to that, Erica was Chief Medical Officer for the United States Coast Guard, where she managed its health care system and environmental health and safety program.
