一 塊 曾 經 為 不 法 房 屋 的 拆 船 業 者 據 點，雖 不 法 卻 也 因 鄰 近 高 雄 港 而
發 展 興 盛，可 最 終 卻 敗 給 了 時 間，甚 至 於 民 國 � � 年，被 政 府 以 改 良 都
市 景 觀 為 由 而 強 制 徵 收，變 為 現 在 連 接 柴 山 與 愛 河 的 一 條 綠 帶 軸 線
現 在 的 人 們 需 要 透 過 漫 遊 重 拾 時 間 感，而 綠 就 是 最 好 的 媒 介，此 基 地 為 鹽 埕 區 重 要 的 一 條 綠 帶，卻 被 閒 置 著，背 後 的 歷 史 更 是 被 隨 意 遺 忘
，如 此 重 要 的 綠 帶，我 希 望 透 過 設 計 重 新 定 義 這 一 塊 綠 地 的 定 位 以 及
使用方式
This area was once a stronghold for illegal ship scrapers. Although it was illegal, it also became popular due to its proximity to Kaohsiung Port.
It developed and prospered, but in the end it was lost to time. In the ��th year of the
Republic of China, it was forcibly expropriated by the government on the grounds of improving the urban landscape, and it was now transformed into a green belt axis connecting Chaishan and Aihe.
People nowadays need to regain their sense of time through roaming, and green is 秩序
