OLIVER J. DUNBAR

Olivar Dunbar was born in Jamaica but grew up in the United States after emigrating here in 1979. Dunbar's work focuses on ink sketches and employs black and white inking. His techniques have achieved him a number of awards

After nearly two decades of working as an artist, Dunbar’s motto remains “Sketching is an art not a trade.”

Dunbar holds a BFA from The School of Visual Arts in New York.

Dunbar was deported to Jamaica where he currently resides.
