With over 20 years of experience in high-performance psychology, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Olympic champions, professional sports teams, CEOs, and leaders across sport, business, and education. From Olympic start lines to helicopter pads, boardrooms and classrooms in between, I'm deeply passionate about supporting people to be the best they can be, grow through challenges, and define success in a way that is inspiring and fulfilling for them.

My approach is grounded in neuroscience but always centered on people and relationships. I love to walk alongside individuals and teams to explore what’s possible, helping them be at their best when it counts while staying connected to who they are. Across four Olympic Games leading psychology support within Team GB, and through leadership consultancy and executive coaching, I’ve seen first-hand the power of environments where people feel connected, inspired, and able to flourish.
