The LMA is an established and respected stakeholder in the game and from our home at St George’s Park, the LMA team has built an association that is true to the simple objectives set over 100 years ago: to serve its members and influence the game.

Every single member of the LMA knows that they have an association that understands them and their profession, and have access to world-class support, services and experts across their personal and professional lives.

The LMA is the collective voice of our members. We professionally represent their views, insights and knowledge to the game and its stakeholders and are committed to making a positive and lasting contribution to football. The LMA technical team continues to operate a number of ways of obtaining, collating and presenting our members’ views.

Football management can be a challenging and complex profession and the LMA Legal Team is available to assist members 24/7. The LMA Legal Team, led by Legal Director Lindsay Gordon, comprises specialist solicitors, barristers and QCs who have unrivalled experience of working in football and professional sport enabling the Team to offer industry-specific advice and know-how.

LMA Wellness delivers the LMA’s health and wellbeing offering to its members. Our team of expert clinicians and consultants delivers the highest quality bespoke physical and mental health programmes, designed to be tailored for the individual needs of every LMA member and their families.

The LMA Institute of Leadership and High Performance provides CPDaccredited vocational incareer learning and personal development for the managers, coaches and performance support teams across English football.

In order to keep developing and improving the services we provide our members, we build partnerships with brands and businesses, adding value, framed through unique access to elite football management and some of the most recognisable personalities in world sport.

The charity is an integral part of the LMA’s commitment to helping former, current and future members and their families who have fallen on difficult times or find themselves in need of specialist care, advice or assistance. In addition, the LMA’s charity works with a number of selected charity partners, linking the LMA members directly with important community and grassroots programmes.

HOME OF THE LMA.

The LMA is an established and respected stakeholder in the game and from our home at St George’s Park, the LMA team has built an association that is true to the simple objectives set over 100 years ago: to serve its members and influence the game.

Built in 2012 for £105m, St. George’s Park is the proud home to all 23 of England’s national football teams. Set within 330 acres of outdoor pitches, including an exact replica of the Wembley surface, a full-sized Indoor 3G and a futsal arena.

Physical preparation and sport science are integral to the National Football Centre with state-of-the-art performance and recovery facilities providing the ultimate training and rehabilitation hub.

Visitors to St. George’s Park can enjoy impressive accommodation with a 228bedroom Hilton hotel on-site.

The LMA is the collective, representative association for professional managers in the top 4 men’s leagues and the top 2 women’s leagues in England, past and present.

The LMA provides valuable services to its 700+ members which include legal, health and wellbeing, learning and development and career support. The LMA works closely with it’s coaching body, the League Coaches Association (LCA) supporting their 1000+ members. Through the affinity that has been built with our members, we are able to call on their services to support our hugely valuable corporate partnerships.
